How do I renew my insurance?
You can renew by calling 0707 476 0167 or emailing pecanplus@mypecanbank.com. If you already have an account with us, you can also request automatic renewal.
How do I get my policy code?
You will receive your policy code by text message and email after activation, within 5 working days of payment confirmation.
How will I be assigned a hospital?
You choose your preferred hospital when you enrol. Once active, you access care at that accredited partner hospital, and you can change it after each quarter.
When does my coverage start?
Your policy takes effect after payment confirmation, following a short 5-working-day set-up period while your e-ID card is issued.
